These Terms of Use describe the use of fumble and apply where validly incorporated into the user relationship. Minors need their legal guardian’s consent where required by law.

The license for the app obtained through the App Store is governed by Apple’s standard End User License Agreement (EULA). These supplementary terms do not replace it. Acquisition and billing are also subject to the applicable Apple Media Services terms. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

fumble is an alarm app with wake-up tasks. You can configure alarms and missions, choose a wake-up profile, view progress and share success cards. Depending on the mission, tasks use puzzles, the camera, microphone or motion sensors. The free version includes one alarm with one mission, selected mission types and the wake-up streak. Pro expands the available features.

fumble offers Pro through Apple as a monthly or annual subscription and as a one-time unlock (“Lifetime”), where the respective product is available in the App Store. The prices, billing periods and features shown immediately before purchase apply. A free trial applies only when Apple explicitly offers it for your account and the selected product.

Subscriptions renew automatically under the offer shown unless cancelled in time through Apple. The one-time unlock is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. “Lifetime” denotes that one-time unlock; the promised scope of service and your statutory rights remain applicable. Purchases can be restored using the eligible Apple Account. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Payment is handled through your Apple account and becomes due after purchase confirmation unless the displayed offer provides for a later charge. Manage and cancel subscriptions under iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before an offered free trial ends to avoid being charged afterwards. For regular renewals, the billing time and cancellation terms shown in Apple’s purchase dialog apply. After a regular cancellation, access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

Reading this page does not create a paid contract. For a purchase, the specific offer and the App Store confirmation apply. Statutory withdrawal, warranty and refund rights remain unaffected. You can request App Store refunds via Apple’s Report a Problem and contact us regarding your rights.

The scope of the app license is set out in Apple’s standard EULA and applicable App Store usage rules. Uses permitted by law remain permitted. Use the app lawfully and respect other people’s rights.

Your own content remains yours; we claim no right to use it for advertising or publication. Only enter or share other people’s personal data when authorised to do so. See the fumble Privacy Policy for how content is processed.

fumble is an everyday aid, not a medical device or a safety-critical alarm system. Use an additional independent safeguard for appointments where missing an alarm could have particularly serious consequences. The operating system, device state, permissions and settings affect alarm operation. Test a newly configured alarm on your device.

Choose motion missions suited to your abilities and surroundings. Stop a task if you experience discomfort or an unsafe situation. Photo, smile, speech and motion detection may make mistakes; they do not verify your identity or reliably establish how awake you are.

Technical requirements are stated in the applicable App Store description. Some features depend on device permissions, the operating system or Apple services.

Statutorily required updates, including security updates, and remedies for defects remain unaffected. For continuously supplied digital products, further changes are made only where legally permitted, particularly for valid reasons such as changes to operating systems, security requirements or law, without extra charges and with clear information. If a change adversely affects access or use by more than a minor degree, we provide advance information on a durable medium about the change, timing and statutory termination rights. Rights under section 327r of the German Civil Code remain fully applicable.

Statutory warranty and liability rules apply. The descriptions of the app’s limitations do not restrict these rights.

You may stop using the app at any time. Any subscription must also be cancelled through your Apple account; deleting the app does not cancel it. Uninstalling does not automatically delete separate exports, backups or data in other apps or cloud services. See the Privacy Policy for details. Statutory termination rights remain unaffected.

A new date on this page does not automatically amend an existing agreement. Contract changes take effect only where legally valid; we seek your consent where required. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of habitual residence remain unaffected.
